Tricon Named a 2026 Best Place to Work in Snow & Ice

Tricon has earned national recognition from the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) as a 2026 Best Place to Work in Snow & Ice. The company was also honored through the recognition of team member Nicole Cicero, who received SIMA’s 2026 Administrative Professional of the Year award.

We are proud to announce that Tricon has been recognized by the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) as one of its 2026 Best Places to Work in Snow & Ice.

The award was presented as part of SIMA’s 29th Annual Snow & Ice Symposium in Cincinnati, Ohio, and recognizes companies that are committed to creating exceptional workplaces while promoting the snow and ice industry as a rewarding career path. Recipients are evaluated on several key areas, including professional development opportunities, employee support, company culture, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and trust in management.

In addition to the company-wide recognition, Nicole Cicero was named SIMA’s 2026 Administrative Professional of the Year as part of the organization’s Snow & Ice All Stars awards program. The award recognizes outstanding contributions and leadership among professionals who help drive operational excellence within the industry.

“SIMA is proud to recognize companies who have shown their dedication to building an outstanding culture as a Best Place to Work in Snow & Ice. The All-Stars awards recognize leadership among companies committed to professionalism and operational excellence for those seeking a rewarding career in an industry vital to public safety,” says SIMA CEO Martin Tirado, CAE.

We are grateful to every member of the Tricon team whose hard work and dedication made this recognition possible. Their commitment to excellence continues to strengthen our company and the customers and communities we serve.
